Although catered parties and offsite locations are no problem for Foster’s, to receive the full experience of a Foster’s clambake, we suggest holding your catered event at our wonderful Foster’s Pavilion.
With ample seating for up to 475 people, additional grounds for tented functions, and two large stone fireplaces that anchor both ends, our Pavilion can handle a New England clambake of any size, at any time of the year. You and your guests can watch the New England clam bake steam away in our specially designed stone cooking area. And while you are out there you can pitch a few horseshoes or try your hand at shuffleboard or volleyball.
As for entertaining people inside, those duties are the responsibility of our resident showman, Leighton Holt, who plays music and entertains everyone with his unique style of Downeast humor. Now, spontaneous singing and dancing isn’t going to be happening in most seafood restaurant settings. But then again, Foster’s Pavilion is not most seafood restaurants. At our Foster’s Pavilion, there is plenty of room for everyone to get out of their seats and dazzle their friends and family by (what we can only assume is) dancing. And to help motivate those who have trouble expressing themselves through dance, we also carry a full beverage license.
